I am continually receiving messages from [email protected]kberry. It's coming from one of my email addresses that has norton anti-virus but it's showing on my blackberry. I just realized that perhaps I don't have the anti-virus program for this blackberry. What can I do to permanently delete messages that have been deleted on my email program but not on my blackberry?

Set a filter at your Bell Mobility BIS website to not deliver those messages.

Those are the etp delivery messages. You messed up your DM install and chose Enterprise instead of Internet. If you're not on BES you cannot use Enterprise setup in DM. It causes this problem. Also because of that, you're service books may be messed up as well on the phone. There's one in there that doesn't belong.

If you don't have a BES or if you're not using Redirectory, simply remove the service books that have [Desktop] next to them. Then reinstall your Desktop Manager for BIS.
