Are there any changes to GPS functionality with third party mapping applications such as Google Maps?

    call timer is back
device seems to be more responsive
my call history is back, went away with the previous update
more memory at boot-up (about 2.5mb more)

overall it seems to be working nicely on my 8830

i also upgraded to 175 and had a chirp. I went back to 138 and chirp is all gone. The only minor problem is when answering phone calls there is a 2 second delay bfore the call connects. No big deal, better than annoying chirp.
