My 8830 WE will not receive calls. Anyone trying to call me gets a rapid busy signal. Literally every thing else works on the phone including calling out and text messaging. Everything on my account is current. HELP!

    First, pull the battery.

Second, check your Do Not Disturb is not on under your active Profile. Heck, check to make sure you're not on a DND Profile selection while you're at it.

^^^ Someone else had this problem in the past I think. I seem to remember it being a defective phone.

Op, sounds like a network issue. Did you go to your manage connections section of your phone and make sure all is well?

Sac, this has to be some defect iin your device, hate to say...

    Radio is On?
What about the holster on/off functions? when it is charging maybe it goes into holster mode and ignores calls??

    Thats my 2 cents worth........
