We use microsoft encryption for our office email. The blackberry storms we have in the office haven't had a problem but the (2) 8830 World Editions can't not view them. They receive the email fine and open the attachment which takes them to a page that says click here to open encypted email, well the click here button does not show? Are the 8830 compatible with encrypted emails or should they upgrade to a newer phone?
