My user has a Telus 8830 WE BB and has stated that his device keeps Rebooting itself when he is in the middle of writing a Email. I updated the Firmware to 4.2.2.176 and found out the device is still rebooting itself. The battery appears to be fine.
I am hoping for a Software solution but it may be the device itself. Hoping putting this Post out there, i'll either get a solution or someone can let me know what they did to fix this problem if they had it...
Does sound like a hardware issue. Are you still under warranty? You also might want to try a total wipe and reload without any third party software. Go a day before adding any software a day at a time. Maybe an app is crashing you device.
