is there a reset button or anyway i can reset the handheld with out having power to the phone, THE DEVICE WILL NOT POWER UP any help wopuld be great

Battery pull. Just take the battery out and put it back in.

i tried that many times, some how it just came back on two days later lol. now i need to update it i think but my usb port on the device is broken, any s=ideas on how to do it with out using a usb?

PRESS ALT THEN THE RIGHT CAPS AND THEN DELTE BUTTon hold them down and your phone will reset

If you are talking about the OS, I don't think there is a way to update the phone without the USB port. If you are talking about synchronizing, it can be done via bluetooth, but your PC has to support BT.
