I just updated my BB from 4.2 to 4.5 and so far so good. My only complaint is the ringtones make the speaker sound like it about to crack, it a bit TOO loud for me. OS 4.2 had the ringtones just fine and I am trying to find a solution to fix this issue. Anyone have any ideas on why the speakers on my 8830 sounds totally different from when I had OS 4.2. Any way to restore the old default ringtones from 4.2?
I already tried lowering the sound from HIGH to MEDIUM but still sound "cracky".
