I am new to the community and I need some help. I just bought an 8830 WE blackeberry. I have alltell as a carrier and the fron lens on the phone just popped off. Is alltel the only carrier that uses these lenses?? I have a coworker that has Verizon and theirs is a solid plastic housing on the front. No lens. Under my lense is just a clear plastic housing. Any ideas?

Is there a chance the popped lens is aftermarket? to prevent scratches,etc.?

I dont think so. Underneath it is just the clear plastic housing. I can see the electronics of the phone. Like it was refurbed or something

Take it back to Alltel PRONTO if you have had the phone for less then 30 days.
