    My wife syncs her 8820 with her IMAC at work using I believe ISYNC.

    My question is: Since we have never loaded the software on her home IBM PC, how should I perform the new software update? I dont want it to sync with her home Outlook.

    To update the OS on a BB you need to install Desktop Manager and the new OS to the PC.

    Proper Upgrade / Downgrade Procedure

    Thanks, I guess I have to make sure that it is not set to sync, so that it does not pull her home Outlook information.
