My BB 8800 is freezing, i can navigate with the wheel but a cant click on anything, when phone is ringing i cant anwser all is freeze!!! also my green light is always on...

any solutions?

First thing to do when there is trouble is to remove the battery for 10 seconds or so, then put it back in (known as a hard reboot).

See if that helps at all....
