Apparently the real thread got deleted, so let's try this again...

I downloaded WorldMate's free version. Even though Delta and Avis are supposed to be supported confirmation types, mine get rejected when I try to export with the Outlook "Export" tool bar button.

Anyone else with a similar problem?

I am not even able to get that far; I have been trying to get help from them - I may be doing something wrong - but they won't even respond; would like to see it work properly before I start paying fee. Has anyone been able to contact the company and get a response?

I have sent multiple emails, and filled out the support form online twice. No response. I can't find a phone number either.

Oh well, looks like it gets chit-canned today. Talk about customer service... NOT !
