Don't hate me - got a new Verizon 8330 and wiped my 8830. The 8830 still asks for a password -ok i do what it asks - but - when I go into security the option is locked with a red paddlock - how do I get rid of this? I did use the 8830 on company network - most likely had BES - anybody?
