    Why are my emails comming in as red text

    about 10 percent come correct black text/font color

    but about 90 percent come in as red .. the emails are not marked as

    follow up or important .. just regular emails

    on my outlook inbox the come in correct as well

    they are syncing correctly with BlackBerry Professional Software.

    any ideas

    Normally, when you get emails in RED colour it's a Pin Message...

    In the mailbox Options, there is a setting for "Make PIN Messages Level 1." I believe that somehow you must have set your regular messages to "Level 1," which would make them red.

    Its just that people are sending you PIN messages, or level 1 messages.
