it comes in the links of the pictures its trying to show and its terribly annoying and makes getting email directly sent to me pretty much useless. is there anyone out there that knows what im talking about or what to do to fix this?

So you're saying your emails are all jumbled and ugly? If that's the case try either BBSmart or Empower email viewers.
