I can't play videos off of websites or watch attachments by friends send me. Why? I've tried to download Adobe Flash player but it won't let me. What's the scoop?

BB does not support streaming video off of websites, nor does it handle video attachments, you will need to download and encode the files yourself then transfer to media card in order to watch them, or find a site to download videos from using your data connection.

ps: flash files are not supported hence, why I stated you will need to encode them to a format recognizable to BB

I noticed my *.wmv files won't play. What format and how to convert them?

Mine are mp4 and you can use the Roxio media manager software that came with the BB. I have also used ulead video suite to convert and transfer my videos to my bb. I already had the ulead program for making dvds so I tried it and it worked.
