    VZ Access Manager is a program that can be used to tether your laptop or pc to your BlackBerry to access the internet. You must have the $15 a month Broad Band Access feature added to your account to be able to tether your laptop or PC.

    wow, that's cool. this doesnt come with the normal "data plan"? is this a regular offer from VZ? $15 a month for this service?

    Nope, not part of your data plan. Like I said, it is a feature you can add for an additional $15 a month.
