    I call verizon to get support regarding outlook and BB. I was on the phone transferred from level to level of tech support. They finally said, after an hour of being on the phone with them, that they are sending me to RIM. At this time it is close to 11:00 pm (when verizon shuts down) and the guy never transferred me. I left the phone on speaker for another thirty minutes and nothing. The B just left and never did anything. Pretty played in my book.

    I hate Verizon.

    On top of that he left me in a worse situation than I was before.

    Did you get the '****'s name? If you did, call Verizon tomorrow and ask for a supervisor.

    Just having issues syncing with outlook... I am trying now to revert outlook 2007 as if I had never used it, but I don't know how.

    Always ask for a Blackberry Support Specialist when you call. Anything else is a waste.
