I know there are alot of threads but has anyone with a 8830WE got a software upgrade to work properly,I got it to work once but I had the ringtone,vibrate problem,then i tried correcting and I got 523 error and then 543 error and it took a long time to fix. any help or advice would be appreciated or if anyone knows of a release date for the "official release"

Wait for the official release. But even then, you might fare better if you spent a little time in the FAQ forum. It has info on exactly what you're looking for. Various threads, not just one. You really shouldn't have any of these issues. If you are, it all points to you not being up to speed on the proper procedure. There's also "proper" step by steps on Blackberry.com under support on how to do a software upgrade. You have some time until the official release, I'd spend it reading a few of the writeups and see where you went wrong.
