Based on ur advice i used CrackUtil for my Blackberry 8830 Verizone.I did everything as per ur direction.At the end the phone completely stopped working. It is of no use to me . Please suggest to revive my phone at the earliest. Regards

Pete no longer supports CrackUtil, and it isn't guaranteed to work with new devices or Windows versions. An 8830 should be fine, so you either experienced a random failure, or you were trying to use CrackUtil with an incompatible version of Windows. I don't know if it works with Windows 7 or not.
