I have a BB 8830 (Verizon) that I use with my office and it is linked with the office email, calendar, etc. I downloaded some things that I want to load onto the device from my laptop. I know how to do it generally, but want to know what to do to avoid reinstalling the whole profile of the device, which requires me to have the device serviced my my office IT department - it cuts the connection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Don't see how you can screw it up. Just use the App loader to install the ALX file for Tube 2. Then for the ringtones either use media manager or if you have a media card with mass storage mode enabled on the BB you can browse to it using windows explorer.
