    Help-am getting this error message when I email ringtones to my BB8830-I have been getting them fine until now. I am running 4.2 and just switched out my 8830 for a new one today due to problems with old one. Any advice?

    I just received the same message on my curve and I also sent it to my husband and he has the world edition and his said the same message!!??? I have never seen that before! I also have Verizon... maybe it's the network!!!

    It's not an issue with your device, their is a problem with the wallpapers and ringtones being sent out, we will have it straightened out ASAP, sorry for the troubles.
