While trying to install new software (8830 we) I inadvertently deleted all references to my internet access --- icon (poof...), no icon. To restore it, I went options> advanced options> host routing table> highlighted the first address line> menu button> Register Now.
That re-assigned the vector-address and got me back on the air. I wonder if there is a published, available list of what the other addresses do for Alltel (and other carriers) or if they are even carrier relative.

Well I work for Alltel and i've never seen a list posted nor have they given us a list of address's so if there is one, I'd be interested to see it. As for being carrier specific I've no idea but you'd think they would be. Sorry not terribly helpful but I don't think so.
