I have bluetooth on my laptop and on my 8830. The computer and the Blackberry detect one another, but the "enable synch by bluetooth" option on the blackberry desktop software is always disabled. If I need to reinstall that software, then I will need a link for version 4.221, as my organizer program cannot use a desktop version later than 4.3. Will I need to reinstall in order to enable synching by bluetooth? Thanks in advance

Had this happen the other day when first trying to backup by BT, went through those instructions and it worked flawlessly
