    There is an icon appearing in the upper right corner of the home screen, next to the ringer status icon. It is a phone with two << on the left side. Looked in user guide and cannot figure out what this means or how to clear it.

    Ideas?

    Do you have call forwarding? Are you still able to make,and receive phone calls?

    I did forward calls from this phone to another one for a few days. But I turned off the forward and AM able to receive calls on this phone.

    Try a battery pull - remove the battery, leave out for 30 seconds, re-install. should remove it.
