sorry just wanted to be sure it got read again..
buttons not working..Turns out more button than i thought are not working just attempted to type a e-mail. What a PITA..anyway just got off the phone with Verizon they are sending me out a new blackberry,,

The question how can i make sure that when i return mine that all my picture links history ALL INFO has been completely removed.. i want to make sure they get it with only the OS and nothing else........

Use JL_cmdr and wipe your device!!

*EDIT* This will remove the OS and leave nothing on the device... you will then need to load the OS again.

You can alternatively do Options > Security Options > General Settings > Menu > Wipe Device (that leaves an OS on the device but gets rid of personal info, etc)
