I have 0'd out everything in ##000000 and reset the phone. It doesn't show my old number anymore, as expected, but it also doesn't show the "Activation Required" message at the top of the home screen as would be shown on a new device. Is there any way to get that to show up? Is there some other secret screen I don't know about? Yes, I have also wiped the device.
