I want to free up memory on my device so I have been considering removing voice activated dialing since I never use it. I have hesitated because I understand that this eliminates the About feature. Can you confirm that if I get rid of VAD I will still have access to this information if I use the alt+shift+H key? Is the memory "gain" worth it for me to get rid of this feature?

You will still have info to the "status" feature, you can also use ALT - EACR to pull up a slightly different screen.

As for memory gain, not sure about that one, but I know a lot of peeps get rid of it. I use my phone in the car with bluetooth a lot, and like VAD, so I keep it.
