    Guys, when you back up the data, exactly what data are backed up on the BB desktop manager? I have to wipe my phone clean.

    Pictures? ringtones? notes? calendar? contacts? tasks? anything else?

    I can assure you this, not enough. The backup does not do 3rd party apps or the data created by those apps. IE BBSmartAlarms does not get the alarms or settings backed up.

    It does NOT backup any data that is on your media card - that is up to you.
