I just got my Bluetooth earpiece and when I try and pair it with my 8830 it asks for a numeric code which I don't seem to have. Where can I find/get the code? I have emailed ShopBlackBerry where I bought it and they have not been helpful. Any suggestions?
I just got off the phone with BB Desktop/Device technical support and was told to plug in 4 zeroes when it requested a passkey and voila, it worked. Apparently, it is just a matter of a poorly written instruction manual.
