My Dell laptop doesn't see my BB at all. Not when I go to My Computer, and not when I fire up Mediasync. I'm using a rocketfish cable to connect the two, and I at least know power is getting over to the BB because I see it's charging.
Do I have to do something Special to get my laptop to see the BB??
