So one of my users presented me with a seemingly easy problem, that I'm somewhat lost on;
He has managed to forget the password to his password keeper.
My questions being;
1. Can anyone think of a way to reset the password without knowing it?
2. If he can't remember it--and manages to go to the 10 tries--will he wipe out the BlackBerry or just the passwords in the password keeper.
There's no way to reset the password keeper password without knowing it. Fortunately, entering the wrong password 10 times will only wipe out the password file, not the whole device. And it will reset the password, so he can re-enter his passwords.
