Alright,

My problem is when I invite people in outlook and they accept it doesn't show up on my blackberry. I need this to be able to confirm who is coming to meetings and stuff like that. Thanks Crack Nation!!!

You have to sync it with DM so it can sync onto your berry.

Calendar and contact entries will not sync to your BB wirelessly unless you're on a BES server. So, if you're using BIS for your email then you must setup DM to sync your calendar and contacts over to the BB. Once the acceptance is processed by Outlook and published to the calendar it must be sync'd over to the phone in one way/shape/form. The BB will not process the email response and update the calendar internal to itself... doesn't work like that.

Hey i am a IT Guy... just had a brain Fart,

Well i did sync it to my BB. I created a calender entry, and sent the invitations. The persons accepted, and that shows up in outlook, but when i sync to my BB it doesn't show that they accepted, or that I even invited them. What am I doing wrong?
