    I received the following from the -= Dataoutages.com =- a short time ago:

    "BIS Web Browsing is down as of 330pm EDT in the Americas to 50% of users.

    NO ETA at this point."


    This may be affecting you.

    I haven't gotten email since yesterday afternoon though and i am on an exchange server through work if that matters.

    Are you using a BES server for work or do you have your BIS account set up for your work email account?

    I'm on a BES for work - the only email I have forwarded to the BB. I'm getting email fine on the PC but nothing is getting to the Berry.

    I would probably contact your BES Admin then. Perhaps there is an issue with your BES or with Exchange.

    Make sure you have a good network connection. Should see 1X or 1XEV somewhere at the top of your main screen.

    Can you send PIN messages ok?

    Go to Options > Firewall and see what in
    the box beside BlackBerry Internet
    Service. if check then remove it then
    you may be able to get emails.

    If you still have the problem, try a battery pull and resending the service book.
