hey i got my first blackberry (8830 verizon) yesterday and I had some questions. Since i can't receive and pictures, how do i transfer that and music to my phone. I did not get any software with the phone so is there a link out there?
And also I got the vibrate on but when im dialing numbers the sound still goes off. Is there any way to mute this?
A new phone should come with desktop manager which allows backups and data syncing with Outlook. It also installs the correct usb drivers so you can use Windows' Explorer to drag/drop media/music/photos, etc to an SD card.
I believe if you google verizon and desktop manager or blackberry you will find Desktop Mananger for download.
