I just bought this phone from a friend who didnt like and has no knowledge about it. the buttons on the right are supposed to be for volume thus the + and - sign. But it wont work. Does anybody know how to fix this problem pleases let me know. Thanks Hope

I believe that those buttons are for in call usage, like if you wanted to increase the volume of the speaker during a call, you would press those.
