Hi,
I know you will all roll you eyes but I am new to the Blackberry scene. I just got my Verizon 8830 WE today and was wondering how long I should charge it before turning it on? Any suggestions? I don't want to screw anything up! Sorry if this is a dumb question, I tried looking in the manual but it does not tell you a specific amount of time... Thanks!!

Turn that bad boy on and use it! I never turn mine off. I always charge it while it is on. I would just give it a nice full six hours on the charger as its initial charge. I don't think you would screw anything up.

Charge it until the battery if fully charged.
