My wife just tried to call me from Iraq. My phone was right here on my belt and never rang. I called a buddy of mine and told him to try to call me. He said he called twice and again it never rang. WTF. I can't set the profiles to loud and that didnt do anything. How do I make this stupid thing ring?

Have you checked your profile settings to make sure you don't have the ringer turned off while the phone is in its holster? Open profiles, advanced, select profile to edit, phone, In Holster, tone.
