I just purchased the 8830 and I am still trying to learn it. I downloaded the IM program that is available from this site but when trying to run it I receive the following message:

Error starting IM_2_BES:
VTable record size of 67106 exceeds max record size of 65508

Any help w/a solution to this problem would be greatly apprecited

Welcome.

Have you got your TCP Settings in place?

Options --> Advanced Options --> TCP

YOu will need your carriers settings.
