    I work as a sales rep at Bell Mobility. I have a customer that came into my store. His blackberry has been hacked as well as his daughters. They both have 8830's and all information has been accessed. His daughters phone is making calls by itself and she has no control over ending them. Any suggestions. Im thinking its a combination of bluebugging and cloning. I need to know how to stop it.

    The best thing is to change phone numbers and PIN. There are plenty of software out there that would allow access to their phones.

    Would that solve everything though? What about the SIM Card number? And with the account information they couldn't access the new number and the new PIN?

    It likely that they will get new SIM cards. That question to be certain should be asked of the carrier.
