Is there any way to disable this? Gets annoying after a while. I also get them on my Outlook on my computer when I send an email from my BB.

There should be a setting in Outlook to disable delivery receipts. Look under Tools..Options..Email Options..Tracking Options

on your bb open the messages folder. hit the menu key and go to options highlight and click email settings. choose your email address under services and then scroll to confirm delivery click and highlight no. then make sure to save.
