Is there anywhere where I can obtain the "Media Manager" that supposedly came with my Verizon 8830WE? I have the installation program CD, have also downloaded the latest Desktop Manager from RIM. I see nothing in the menu's to get the Media Manager option. Also, I'm having problems with viewing videos, so as someone recommended I'm trying to get my device to play at least the default Blackberry sample video. That person recommended that I "wipe device" he said it was an option under options/security and I don't find that. I have re-loaded the s/w on the blackberry from the CD with no luck. Even the default video when selected just says "loading" when I try to view it...
