My company bought me a 8830 and when I select "Media Card" from within Options it says "Off" and has a small red padlock icon next to it. I can't change the setting to "On". And I screwed, or what?
I tried downloading a photo and the pop-up said "Enable mass media" something something.
Am I not able to use any of the media features?

If you're using the company's BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server), they may have that feature turned off.

One of the Mods could probably answer better.

SammyB is right, it's locked via an I.T Policy. Sorry, nothing you can do about it. It's to help keep the company's network / data secure - trust me, this is coming from an BES admin...
