Hello, First Post!

On the Blackberry 8830s (Verizon Wireless, BES Server Setup), the main menu consists of 5 icons. It seems that after a while the blackberries stop displaying the information above the icons on this menu. (Messages (4), etc). Even on the Verizon Wireless 8830 box it is shown to be active...

Anyone know how to reactivate this text? I've done a forum search but came up empty...
