I am an 8330 curve user and my partner is an 8830 WE gent.
He has had the 8830 since January - VZW is our carrier.
He is having some terrible problems in losing emails - literally emails he sees in his BB inbox one minute - gone the next. And he is having difficulty sending. What he says is that if he is replying to an email - usually no problem. However if he composes directly - emails often fail to be delivered. He will see multiple attempts made over a period of a few hours - then the email sent will disappear altogether.
His domain is hosted by godaddy and he uses Outlook 2007 on his home PC. I have checked settings in outlook and all seems fine - however there may be a setting i am missing. Saving sent mail to the server is checked for instance.
My wife has an 8830 and is only holding 10 messages. Mine (8330) holds 15 days woth of messages but hers does not. I think the settings are the same but something must be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
