Recently I noticed that occasionally my BlackBerry doesn't alert me audibly to incoming SMS texts in the holster. I'll get a vibrate, but no tone. It almost always happens to the first text message of the day. Happens to different sending phones. I currently have no 3rd party themes installed (one theme I had messed up my alerts). I do a battery pull first thing in the morning, and my file free hovers around 11-14 MB during the day. I keep my text and IM logs clear, and clean memory once a week. I've quadruple-checked my profile settings. I can't think of anything that I've been doing differently that could be a culprit.
