I downloaded a desktop software from blackberry website.
and the software was asking me my password, I entered my password.
However, I am 100% sure my password was right, but my device said your all memory will be deleted.

What I can see right now is wiped out, then JUM ERROR 513

I cannot use my phone right now
what should I do?

Overview
After typing an incorrect password ten times and restarting the BlackBerry smartphone, the following error appears:

JVM error 513



Cause
All of the data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone have been deleted.



Resolution
Re-install BlackBerry� Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone and restore the data from a backup file (if available).

I don't under stand the meaning of re-install.
If i plug in my BB with the software, it will automatically set up?

and how can I download OS 4.5?

First things first:
Go to blackberry's site, go to support/downloads, and download the desktop manager software. Install it, then look for the current firmware on the blackberry site (it will be 4.2.2, 4.5 is still beta)download that, run the installer, and hook up your bb to your pc.
As for os 4.5, first make sure your phone's running fine, make a backup using the desktop manager, and google blackberry os update 4.5.0.101 (or 4.5.0.77)
