When I go to profiles/advanced and I click edit and go down to SMS text it won't let me edit. Actually the only thing I can edit is Phone. I can click on anything else. Suggestions? thanks

Which profile are you attempting to edit? Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, Phone Only, Off?
Profiles / Advanced / (select a profile) / Menu / Edit

I'm having the same problem too on my 8310...I can edit every profile except for Normal, which won't let me edit my mms or sms.

This might have been tried, but pull the battery and try again. Also, the OP might have BES policy in place to not edit profiles... which would suck. I don't even know if that's possible in policies as I've never looked into it.

vietazn and I have been exchanging PMs. Just before he noticed the problem, he upgraded his OS and installed some new themes. So he has two likely sources of the problem. I didn't ask him about an IT Policy, but one that allows an OS upgrade but prohibits editing profiles would be unlikely even if possible.
