go to browser options>browser configuration: make sure that the emulation mode is set to blackberry. Try doing a battery pull and retrying.
I am getting the same error message when I go to CB on my BB curve. I looked into the emmulation and it is on BB. I called sprint support and they did not have an answer for me.
I have no answers, but I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with my BB Curve when trying to download ringtone from CB. I had done so a number of times before without any problem.
