I'm on a BES, and I'm having some issues with Reconciliation. It�ll only work if I force it. It�s won�t do it automatically.(Even though I have the options to do so.) In addition to that, in Outlook I am now getting duplicate reminders. Not on the BB though. Weird.
Just wondering if blowing away email and recreating it on the BB would possibly solve my problems?
Best thing to do is to take this up with your IT dept. Could be a goof on their part... happens with BES admins.
Agreed, they may not have allowed wireless reconcile to be automatic. I know that I also ran into the problem with another blackberry when I didn't connect it to the computer at least one time, for some reason it had to be so that it could send the random number generator, and then it was fine.
