How can I get my 8830 to play a quicktime .avi video file. It is loaded on the unit but when I try to play the clip, it says "loading", then after a few seconds I get a message that says "the media being played is of an unsupported format", then a red "error playing" message appears in the upper right side of the screen. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
You will have to have Roxio load it. Or convert it to mp4 or .gpg. I am no expert, but I don't think the blackberry likes the screen size of .avi files.
